The patient was very unhappy with the shape, color and worn out look of her old bondings. Using a master ceramist as part of the restorative team, we were able to replace the previous bondings with a combination of porcelain veneers and porcelain crowns.
The patient was dissatisfied with the color and spaces of his natural teeth. A combination of porcelain veneers and porcelain crowns corrected the problem. In two short appointments in less than a month we were able to transform his smile into natural harmony with her personality and facial shape.
The patient had severely worn and chipped his anterior teeth. He did not like the unsightly restorations (fillings), and wanted to “look pretty” as a competitive psychological advantage. The outcome has a sense of “male prettiness” which according o the patient has given him the competitive advantage he was looking for.
The patient wanted to improve her smile to have a bigger, wider, fuller and very white smile. We started by raising the gums to get balance in what is described as pink esthetics. Then using porcelain veneers, we were able to broaden and give her the big, beautiful smile she desired.
After years of being unhappy with the shape and mismatched colors of her teeth the patient was ready for a new look. Porcelain veneers, crowns and whitening were used to return the patient’s smile to the youthful, fun appearance this patient deserved.
The patient was very dissatisfied with her aging crowns and wanted a new look. Upon removing the old crowns the right lateral incisor was found to have a root fracture that was non-repairable and had to be extracted. An implant was placed and an implant crown was attached to the implant fixture. The remaining six front teeth were restored with all ceramic crowns and porcelain to gold crowns. The patient could not believe the implant restoration and crowns could be done in such a seamless, non-detectable fashion.
This patient has had routine dentistry performed throughout his entire life. But because many of the crowns and bridges have been done many years apart they have all worn differently and were starting to fail horribly, leading to gum problems and root canals. A comprehensive, age reversing dental overall was needed. We restored every tooth in his mouth with a combination of porcelain to high noble gold crowns and bridges, and all ceramic (porcelain) restorations. The patient will tell you this was the best investment he could have made– investing in his teeth.
The patient had been very dissatisfied with her smile for many years, but was under the misunderstanding that this was the best dentistry had to offer. Once we explained the process and she was able to see the results of other patients, she was ready for her transformation. Pink esthetics with the raising of the gums started the process. Once the tissue healed, new all ceramic crowns were fabricated for the central incisors and porcelain veneers completed her smile makeover. Her warm and friendly new smile is right in line with her matching personality — and she wonders why she didn’t do this years earlier.
