How does it work?

In this way, the implants make a maximum amount of contact with the jaw bone which prevents them from coming loose.

Once everything is in place, a temporary set of implant supported dentures is attached for immediate use. After a three to six month healing period, the temporary set is removed to make room for permanent dentures.
