The patient was unhappy with her aging crowns and wanted a refreshed, more youthful appearance. During removal of the old restorations, a non-restorable root fracture was discovered on the right lateral incisor, which required extraction. A dental implant was placed to replace the missing tooth and later restored with an implant supported crown. The remaining six front teeth were restored with a combination of all-ceramic and porcelain-to-gold crowns. The result was so natural and flawless that the patient could hardly believe the implant and crowns were virtually undetectable.

A comprehensive, age-reversing dental rehabilitation was necessary.

We restored every tooth using a combination of porcelain-fused-to–high noble gold crowns and bridges, along with all-ceramic (porcelain) restorations. Both patients consider this one of the best investments they have ever made in their smiles and long-term oral health.
