A dental bridge is a custom-made restoration used to replace one or more missing teeth in a row. It “bridges” the gap by anchoring an artificial tooth (or teeth) to the natural teeth or dental implants on either side of the space.

Bridges are made from durable, tooth-colored materials that are designed to blend in with your smile, restore chewing function, and help keep your bite properly aligned.

Why You Might Need a Dental Bridge?

You may be a candidate for a dental bridge if you:

  • Are missing one or more teeth in the same area
  • Have healthy teeth (or implants) on either side of the gap
  • Want a fixed (non-removable) option instead of a partial denture
  • Are looking to improve your smile, speech, and ability to chew comfortably

Types of Dental Bridges
